Shipping Policy

At Ebikes Delivered, we deliver premium electric bikes and cycling accessories throughout the United States directly from our warehouses and trusted fulfillment partners.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days, depending on product availability, delivery location, carrier schedules, and warehouse processing times. Large electric bikes may require freight delivery and could take slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout the United States. Ebikes Delivered operates exclusively online and does not have retail stores or customer pickup locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and selected delivery method. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

Large Item Deliveries

Electric bikes are valuable oversized products. Please inspect the packaging and product upon delivery.

  • Take clear photos if damage is visible.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Contact our support team as soon as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Ebikes Delivered cannot be responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team will gladly assist you.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Products must be unused, complete, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Custom-built or modified products
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, contact our customer support team with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For oversized products, prepaid freight charges arranged by Ebikes Delivered may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Every eligible product sold by Ebikes Delivered is backed by the original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies depending on the manufacturer and specific model.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Please provide your order number, product model, issue description, clear photos or videos, and any diagnostic or error codes if available.

Final warranty approval remains at the manufacturer's discretion.
